DO YOU HAVE A SHOP THAT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
No, Sow and Grow is an online only.
 
WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation from our website. 

CAN YOU SEND ME A CATALOGUE?
We do not produce a paper catalogue - it only adds to our costs, the website list all products available.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER OR CHANGE MY CONTACT DETAILS?
You can do this by signing in to your account. There is also an unsubscribe link on every newsletter sent out.
 
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE?
We do not see your card details at any stage of the order process - all that is handled by the banks and payment processors. We do not store any card details or share your contact details with other companies  

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all the major payment cards Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 
 
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
The total of your order will be deducted from your card as soon as you Check Out.  Please take care to check your order before proceeding through Check Out. If you need to cancel your order please contact us ASAP.
 
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We dispatch Monday - Friday and hope to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However during the peak season orders may be delayed slightly due to the seasonal nature of the business.

ARE YOUR SEEDS Organic?
As a Retailer We Are  Not Organic Certified. Our Free From Seeds are Naturally Produced. These Seeds are Pesticide , Additive and Chemical Free. The Seeds Are Certified Organic In The Country Of Origin And We Repackage Them Here In Ireland Should You Need Any Further Information Please Get In Contact.
Our New Organic Way range of seeds are fully organic certified.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SEED DOESN’T GROW?
When you buy something from Sow and Grow, you have the peace of mind that you are making a good choice.  Not only do we trial a good proportion of the varieties listed we only purchase from reputable companies. Your are however covered by our Seed Guarantee.
